Hi there! I’m Alycia, the creative force here at Aly Mac Photos. With over a decade of experience photographing hundreds and hundreds of weddings, I’ve had the incredible honor of telling countless love stories. It’s more than just a job—I LOVE love and my whole heart and soul goes in to working for you.
From the moment we connect, my goal is to create an experience that feels personal, relaxed, and, most importantly, fun. I know how important it is for you to feel comfortable and at ease on your wedding day, which is why I’m dedicated to being more than just your photographer. I’m your cheerleader, your biggest fan, and everything else in between—honestly, we're going to be best friends for the day whether you want to be or not!

From the moment we connect, my goal is to create an experience that feels personal, relaxed, and, most importantly, fun. I know how important it is for you to feel comfortable and at ease on your wedding day, which is why I’m dedicated to being more than just your photographer. I’m your cheerleader, your guide, and sometimes even your seamstress or stylist—whatever it takes to make your day as smooth and special as possible.
Something I get told over and over again is how comfortable people feel when they're working with me. I understand that it can be a little scary and anxiety inducing to be at the end of my lens and there's no way I'm letting anyone go through a portrait session or wedding day with me like that. Some of that anxiety is couples thinking that they might need to direct their portrait session and know how to pose or what to do. I'm here to tell you no, that is absolutely not your job. That's my job and it's a skill I take a lot of pride in. I know how to pose people in a way that is flattering (not all photographer's do) and I know how to get organic interaction between people which always produces the loveliest images.
